Who We Are
NTPTechStore began as an extension of NTP Electronics Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2010.
What started as a local IT consulting firm grew into an online store in 2013.
Today, with a small, dedicated team of 5 people, we handle:

What We Sell: New & Open-Box Products
We offer two clearly-defined categories:
1. Brand New Products
- Direct from authorised suppliers
- Fully tested before dispatch
- NTP quality stamp to prevent device swaps
2. Open-Box Products (Fully Tested & A-Grade Only)
Open-box items are products with previously opened packaging, usually unused customer returns or surplus stock.
Before selling an open-box product, we:
- Select only A-grade units
- Test all functions
- Reset to factory settings
- Clean and repack carefully
Our goal is to deliver a device that performs like new at a more affordable price.
Quality Check Process (QC)
Every item goes through a manual, multi-step inspection:

- Factory reset
- LAN & Wi-Fi signal checks
TV Sticks
- Full reset
- Remote testing
- Interface navigation check
Cordless Phones
- Factory reset
- New batteries installed
- Base & handset connectivity test
Keyboards & Mice
- Key testing via software
- Wireless/Bluetooth verification
New Seal-Packed Units
We open and test each one, then apply our NTP QC stamp for authenticity.
Packaging & Security
We ensure safe and secure delivery using:
- Bubble wrap & strong boxes
- NTP-branded tamper-proof tape
- CCTV-monitored QC & packing areas
- CCTV on weighing scale to avoid courier disputes
- Clear instructions for customers to record unboxing videos
This protects both customer and seller from fraud or mishandling.
Why Customers Previously Thought Products Were Used
We want to address this openly:
- Some customers mistook QC stamps and security tape as signs of previous usage
- Open-box units were misunderstood as “used”
- A few buyers attempted product swaps, and when unsuccessful, posted negative reviews
- Partial COD was introduced to prevent high-return risks and courier losses on expensive items
We take responsibility for earlier communication gaps and have improved our processes accordingly.

Refunds, Replacements & Support
Refund Timelines
- Wallet refund: Within 3 days (if customer cancels).
- Bank refund: Within 7 days (if item unavailable).
- All pending refunds are cleared every Saturday.
