1. Return Policy

Returns can be requested within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original accessories, packaging, manuals, and labels must be included
  • Return request must be submitted through the Get Support section in your My Account page
  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for faster verification of damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Once your request is verified, our support team will guide you through the return process.

All returns are subject to verification and quality inspection after the product is received at our warehouse. Refunds or replacements are processed only after successful verification of the returned product and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, damaged, or physically altered after delivery
  • Original packaging, accessories, labels, or serial numbers are missing
  • Return request is raised after 7 working days from delivery
  • Product is covered under manufacturer warranty
  • Product sold under clearance, promotional, or AS-IS offers

Return Pickup & Customer Responsibility:
Once a return request is approved, return pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner.
Customers are requested to hand over the product during the scheduled pickup window. Missed pickups may result in delays or cancellation of the return request.

2. Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes our Quality Check (QC) at the warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Method

  • All approved refunds will be credited to your NTP Tech Store Wallet within 3–7 working days after successful QC.
  • Wallet balance can be used for future purchases at www.ntptechstore.com.

Refund Rejection

Refund may be refused if:

  • Product returned does not match the original order.
  • Product is missing accessories, manuals, or serial numbers.
  • Claimed defect is not verified during quality inspection.

NTP Tech Store reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases involving tampering, misuse, missing components, or suspicious claims.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • A transaction processing fee (2.5%–3%) may be deducted to cover payment gateway and order processing charges.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your NTP Tech Store Wallet within 3 working days.

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If a shipped order is refused or returned by the customer, applicable logistics, handling, and payment processing charges may be deducted before issuing the refund.

  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on verification and logistics timelines.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

Many products sold on NTP Tech Store are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy. Warranty claims, repairs, or replacements are handled by the authorized brand service center as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
