Brand-New Products
Products listed as brand-new are offered as new and unused, with packaging and condition represented according to the applicable product listing and manufacturer specifications.
Open-Box or Other Verified Products
If open-box, returned, display, or other non-brand-new products are offered, their condition should be clearly identified on the product page before purchase, along with relevant details about included accessories and any known condition limitations.
We aim to describe product condition accurately and do not intend to represent an open-box or used product as brand-new.

Packaging & Order Handling
We take reasonable care when preparing orders for dispatch. Depending on the product, packaging may include protective wrapping, suitable outer packaging, additional protection for fragile items, and secure sealing.
We also take care to verify order details during preparation to help reduce dispatch errors.
For claims involving damaged, missing, incorrect, or tampered-with items, customers should contact our support team promptly and provide relevant photographs, packaging details, and other requested information.

Shipping, COD & Payments
We aim to keep our ordering, shipping, and payment processes clear.
Shipping availability, estimated delivery times, applicable charges, and available payment methods are displayed or communicated during the purchasing process, as applicable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) and other special payment arrangements may be available only for selected products or orders.
Partial COD
For eligible products offering Partial COD, a ₹299 advance payment is required, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the advance amount is credited to the customer’s NTP Tech Store Wallet. If the order has already been dispatched and the customer refuses or does not accept delivery, the advance amount is retained and is not refunded or credited to the wallet.
