1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under specific conditions to maintain product quality and ensure fair handling for all customers.

Eligibility for Return

  • You can request a return within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
  • A clear box opening (unboxing) video must be provided showing the product’s condition upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Original packaging, serial numbers, or labels are missing or tampered with.
  • The issue is reported after 7 working days from delivery.
  • The product is covered under manufacturer warranty or sold under AS-IS / Clearance / Promotional offers.
  • No unboxing video is provided as proof of condition on delivery.

2. Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes our Quality Check (QC) at the warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Method

  • All approved refunds will be credited to your NTP Tech Store Wallet within 3–7 working days after successful QC.
  • Wallet balance can be used for future purchases at www.ntptechstore.com.
  • No cash, UPI, or bank transfer refunds will be processed.

Refund Rejection

Refund may be refused if:

  • Product returned does not match the original order.
  • Product is missing accessories, manuals, or serial numbers.
  • Claimed defect is not verified during quality inspection.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • A transaction processing fee (2.5%–3%) will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges and advertising expenses.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your NTP Tech Store Wallet within 3 working days.

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If the customer refuses to accept delivery, both-way courier charges, gateway charges, and advertisement costs will be deducted before refunding the remaining balance to the wallet.

4. Important Notes

  • Always make a box opening video at the time of delivery to support any damage or missing item claim.
  • Returns or replacements without proof of video will not be accepted.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on verification and logistics delays.
  • NTP Tech Store reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
