🔄 Returns & Replacements
- We accept return requests only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories/manuals intact.
- Once inspected and approved, we’ll issue a wallet refund or replacement as applicable.
How to Return:
- Eligibility: Ensure the item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: Provide a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
Additional Requirement: To process your return, please provide a courier box opening video that clearly shows the product serial number. This helps us verify the condition of the product and prevents fraud.
Steps to Follow:
- Record a video as you open the courier box, making sure the serial number on the product is clearly visible.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation to initiate the return process. Attach the video file along with your return request.
Important Notes:
- We make every effort to notify customers in advance if there are minor scratches or dents on the product, particularly for metal items due to outer box damage. These marks are often the result of quality checks and testing procedures, and products with such conditions are typically offered at a discount.
- Many products are tested at our QC station, which may leave identification marks or scratches. Unless these do not affect the product’s functionality, no return requests will be granted.
❌ Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. However, we kindly request customers to only place orders they genuinely intend to receive.
If You Want to Cancel an Order:
- Cancellation is allowed before dispatch only.
- If the order is cancelled after payment but before shipping, we’ll issue an NTPTechStore Wallet Refund.
- Bank or credit card refunds are not provided for cancelled orders.
💸 Refund and Exchanges:
- Refunds are issued only as NTPTechStore Wallet Credits, which can be used on future purchases.
- No cash or bank refunds are provided due to third-party gateway fees, credit card processing charges, and Google Ads conversion costs already incurred.
- Wallet credits are usually processed within 2–3 business days of return approval.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting a return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Exchanges will be handled based on product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a wallet Refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
