6. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

Partial COD is available only on selected products. The required advance payment and the remaining amount payable upon delivery will be displayed during checkout.

For eligible Partial COD orders, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation before dispatch: The ₹299 advance payment is credited to the NTP Tech Store Wallet. It is not refunded as cash under the standard Partial COD terms.

• Refusal or non-acceptance after dispatch: The ₹299 advance payment is retained and is not refunded or credited to the NTP Tech Store Wallet.

Please review the applicable Partial COD conditions before placing an order. These terms are subject to applicable law.

Full Cash on Delivery, where offered, is limited to the products and conditions specified on the Website.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery details are accurate and complete.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timelines stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances.
