Very pleased with this pair of earphones.
It’s amazing for all kinds of songs. Superb noise cancellation. I brought this on a friend’s recommendation and I’m glad I did. Also it has a two year warranty which I think is great for the price I paid. I agree it’s slightly on the expensive side but it justifies its price.Edit: Just six months into using this and the right side went completely off. no sound whatsoever. it’s in its warranty period so I’m going to return it. Will update here.Edit: I returned it with the invoice and stated the issue. I got a replacement and to my surprise it was an upgrade of a newer version of this earphone. It’s been a year now and works all fine.

Simply the best among its rivals
Previously I was using Sennheiser CX180, which comes without mic. After 2 years, one side of the earphone stopped working. This time I wanted to go for the one which comes with mic. I didn’t have any doubt with Sennheiser’s performance. But after checking with other brands, I didn’t felt like it could have been better than Sennheiser itself. I am kind of guy who listen to all genres of songs. Some earphones are good only for BASS etc.Received my earphones today and writing this review with my earphones ON.. Feeling so great. This one is better than CX180. If you are reading my review, trust me, just own this earphones.I got this for 1599/- Felt like the price is a bit high. Otherwise no other reason for thinking twice to purchase this.Anyways worth having one.Thank U Sennheiser 🙂

My All Time Fav Earphones
This is my second set of Sennheiser earphones.My previous set lasted for 4 years that too was working fine till date .The only issue i faced before buying a new one was that the cable tore near the headphone jack which resulted in disconnection of audio at intervals while using it.PROS—* It comes with an international warranty of 2-years.* A good quality Storage pouch with Sennheiser logo over it is also there in the package to keep them safe while not in use.* Package contains 3 different size ear adaptors to fit your ear canal for superior sound.This is the best feature i loved about these earphones. The earplugs doesn’t drop even if you sleep on with them .* Moreover your ear drums doesn’t pain if you even put them on for longer duration .* It works fine with most of the smartphones without any compatibility issues .* These are the best headphones i have ever used till date in terms of audio performance ,speaker system and bass .I am set for another 4 years or maybe more and would love to buy them again n again.CONS—* The only issue is with the wire ,its too delicate . If it has a solid wire on the outer side the earphones will last for few more years before you feel the need to buy new ones.* I feel them a bit pricey. If you can get them in a deal for around Rs 1000 that would be the best suitable price for them.

This is exactly what I needed. I preferred them especially for the bud shape they have & I was pretty much confident that these earphones will be perfectly suitable for my ears because it is all a matter of perfect fit in the ears to be able to experience that “perfect bass and sound quality”(even mentioned on their packaging as well). I have boat 225 earphones since two years which also have similar shaped but slightly long earbuds due to which they were uncomfortable. I didn’t realised it until I got them & instantly regretted. They are still performing great btw. (I pesonally, never liked other “angled” bud earphones). Also, for online study purposes, I needed some comfy earphones for long durations. I wishlisted Sennheiser CX 180 a while ago, but now I preferred the mic version i.e. CX 275s instead. Also, I heard that CX 180 has more treble than CX 275s & some positive reviews about sound quality added cherry on the cake. So, I have a constant watch on CX 275s for a good deal, & finally purchased them for ₹1599/-. It’s only two days & I am already loving them & feeling quite addicted to them.Although they are fragile, they are in my extremely caring hands, & backed up by Sennheiser’s 2 year warranty.And as always, thank you Amazon for your excellent services & offers.Cheers!!👍💐

Crisp Sound
Excellent for music lovers, truly crisp sound and adequate bass, worth every penny you spend! Better than all wireless ones on this price point. They have a truly snug and comfortable fit too.Ofcourse they don’t have any noise cancellation but it’s nothing to complain about.Also, they rarely get tangled!!!

The product is indeed good. I would give it 5 stars if I could.
But this is the response I got from Sennheiser when I asked them about warranty.
“We are sorry to inform you that, CX 275s has discontinued long back and the seller who sold this product to you is not our authorised seller.
You are requested to contact seller for exchange and refund as we are unable to consider your product for warranty claim.

Basically it’s like buying from e-bay. You wouldn’t be getting any warranty because they’re not an authorized seller apparently.
The wires of the headset are very fragile, so be extra careful when you use it.

I used the Sennheiser CX 275s from 2019 to 2021. It was one of the best earphones at the time. After that, I switched to various wireless earphones, including models from Samsung, OnePlus, and Apple.
Recently, I was using AirPods Pro 2, but I decided to go back to the Sennheiser CX 275s. I can honestly say it’s a masterpiece. If you’re a music lover, you can choose it without any hesitation.
I know this product has been discontinued, so I won’t get any warranty for it.
